About ROYAL INTEGRATED COMPANY LIMITED (RIC Ltd)

Royal Integrated Company Limited (RIC Ltd) is a Limited Liability Company incorporated on 17 May 2017 for Real Estates business and farming ventures with subsidiary companies including security, commerce, import and export to support it.

Specifically, RIC Ltd is incorporated for General Farming, Real Estate Developing, General Trading, Import and Export of General Goods, Manufactures Representative, Suppliers of General Goods and Farm Produce. RIC Ltd aims at running an efficient world-class business entity and intends to support needy individuals and communities.

The Company is headed by an Executive Chairman in the person of Daniel K. Mishio and its head office is in Accra. RIC Ltd logo comprises the initials of the Company “RIC” in gold characters in the centre of a horse shoe with a crown capping the “I” in the centre. The motto of the Company is DIVINE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

The Company maintains full and accurate accounting records and makes relevant filings including annual accounts. RIC Ltd also complies with all other laws and regulations of Ghana applicable to it (such as tax and employment laws).

The company acts through a board of directors who are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations of Ghana. In some cases, directors may be made specifically liable for breach of regulations and should be prepared for prosecution under the laws of Ghana. In a situation where a Director is also an employee of the Company, that individual director will be referred to as an ‘executive director’. The general duties of directors are outlined in their specific appointments but an executive director will also be bound by the terms of his/her employment contract.

RIC Ltd is organised as follows:

1. RIC Ltd has a Head Office located in Accra for the following companies:
   • Royal Integrated Company Real Estates (RIC Real Estates).
   • Royal Integrated Company Farms (RIC Farms).
2. The following subsidiary companies are to support:
   • Royal Integrated Company Commercial Ventures (RIC Commercial Ventures).
   • Royal Integrated Company Exports and Imports (RIC Imports and Exports).
   • Royal Integrated Company Security (RIC Security).
3. RIC Ltd Head Office is organised as follows:
   • Executive Chairman.
   • Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
   • Administration and Human Resources Department headed by Director Administration and Human Resources.
   • Accounts Department headed by Director Accounts.
   • Sales and Marketing Department headed by Director Sales and Marketing.
   • Transport and Logistics Department headed by Director Transport and Logistics (DTL).
   • Executive Secretary responsible for all records of RIC Ltd.
