COMPANIES AND SUBSIDIARIES OF RIC LTD

RIC Ltd has two main companies as follows:

1. Royal Integrated Company Real Estates (RIC Real Estates): RIC Real Estates is a subsidiary of RIC Ltd and is involved in acquisition and sale of legitimate lands and property. RIC Real Estates is also involved in construction and managing its own real estates and rental properties and that of clients in all regions of Ghana. RIC Real Estates is headed by a Manager and is in the Head Office in Accra with temporary offices in areas of business of RIC Ltd as necessary.
2. Royal Integrated Company Farms (RIC Farms): RIC Farms is a subsidiary of Royal Integrated Company Limited (RIC Ltd). It is a business entity located in the Asutsuare general area of Osudoku with an intention to expand farming ventures to include other regions of Ghana. The Farm is currently in its experimental stage with Mangoes, Maize, Fish Ponds and some Birds (Assorted). The farm consists of four main sectors: Mixed Live Stock, Fish ponds, Vegetables and mixed Crops.
3. Subsidiary companies that work in support of RIC Ltd include the following:
   1. Royal Integrated Company Commercial Ventures (RIC Commercial Ventures).
   2. Royal Integrated Company Exports and Imports (RIC Imports and Exports).
   3. Royal Integrated Company Security (RIC Security).
